    My journey began with a simple yet profound love for the great outdoors of Maine.


    Recognizing the importance of quality outdoor time for our dogs, I set out on a mission to create opportunities for them to experience the beauty and adventure that Maine has to offer.


    Timberline Treks was forged from this desire — a passion that merges my love for nature with ensuring the well-being and happiness of my own two, Kit and Goose.

    As a Maine Guide, I aim to prepare not only your dog for trail- but you! I look forward to expanding our community and showcasing all that Maine has to offer for the everyday adventurer.


  • Pack Leader

    Ben started his career in the dog care industry, like many of us, with a deep-seated love for four-legged companions from a young age.

    Emphasizing basic obedience, he equips your pup with the essential skills needed to navigate the Maine woods with confidence. Moreover, as an EMT, a talented pianist and guitarist, and a dedicated outdoor enthusiast year-round, Ben brings a diverse skill set that enhances our team's capabilities.

    His multifaceted background complements his passion for dogs, ensuring that our clients receive not only professional care but also the reassurance that their pets are in the best hands. It won't take you long to see how we couldn't pass up adding him to our team.

Here at Timberline Treks we value the moments of exploration in New England alongside our beloved dogs. We understand that today’s ever-changing demands often make it challenging for individuals to find the time for extended treks in the woods. Our mission is to bridge that gap, providing opportunities for both dogs and their owners to experience the joys of nature in a way that fits seamlessly into their lifestyles. With our off-leash pack excursions, and on ramp training, we ensure that each adventure is enriching and enjoyable, fostering a deep connection with the great outdoors and the companions we cherish.

    Raised In Maine, Jesse embodies all that is Timberline. I don't believe there isn't anything he can't do, as you get to know him through your dog's training journey, you'll see for yourself!

    When Jesse isn't chasing Sam on the trails for photo ops, he's running reps with our new pack members to get them ready for the big peaks.
